Dinner And Dance

The Singapore H.O.G. Committee has the pleasure to invite you to our Annual Dinner & Dance to be held on Saturday 08 September 2018 at the Raintr33 Hotel, the Eden Event Room with sunset drinks commencing at 6pm.

This year we will be set at beautiful Changi area. We have secured a number of rooms at the very traditional Raintr33 Hotel with a special price stated below for our members (first come / first serve).

The Hotel Rooms all have a special design each with a charming balcony/terrace for us to enjoy peace and quiet of Changi (if you discount the beautiful sound of the V2 engines). This is a great opportunity to make a staycation out of it and also not worry about finding taxis if you party till late.

•        Additional breakfast (pre-booked) @ S$5++ (breakfast booked on the day itself will be @ S$15++ per pax)

•        These rates are non-refundable and exclusive for HOG event attendees for the 8th Sep 2018

•        More than 1 night stay are extended with the same special rate, subject to availability

•        Check in @ 2pm and check out @ 12 noon

The idea this year is to check in right after the AGM (hotel check-in time is 2pm) and enjoy the afternoon with fellow members relaxing by the pool if you like.

The hotel also features its own terrace bar which opens till LATE on Weekends for anyone who wants to "Party-ON" after the D&D. If you have secured your room you won't have to bother finding your way back home late from Changi…. Breakfast is thrown in! 

The D&D will commence with cocktails on Eden's beautiful terrace where we will enjoy the sunset before the main event and dinner. There will be plenty of time and space to mingle with your fellow members, the committee members, our supporting sponsors and make some new friends.

As usual we will enjoy a comprehensive Buffet Dinner, Free Flow all night Long (wine, beer and soft drinks), plenty of lucky draw prizes, a live band to entertain us and many more. 

Bring your better halves, your friends and your boss if you have to, for a splendid night out. 

Early Bird Tickets for members are now on sale and will be available till 18th August after which regular pricing will apply.

Where:  Raintr33 Hotel, the Eden Event Room (33 Hendon Road, Singapore 509673).

Note: HOG does not support the mixing of alcohol and riding. There will be no official ride to the Dinner and Dance. If you plan to consume alcohol at the event, we sincerely request you not to drive or ride there. If you still do decide to ride, there will be overnight parking options available so you do not have to ride back if you drink.
