AGM

Notice of AGM: 

The Annual General Meeting of the Harley Owners Group Singapore Chapter (#9339) will be held at 11am on the 9th of September 2017 at the British Club (73 Bukit Tinggi Road, Singapore 289761).

Hear how the current committee organized rides for members, contributed to the betterment of the group, how your membership fee was spent and plans for the future. Only members will be allowed to attend the AGM.

Regarding plans for the future, nominations for committee positions for the 2017-18 committee year are now open. In order to nominate people for the various positions, please fill up this form: Nomination Form.pdf

Details about the nomination form:

1) All forms must be submitted to the secretary by August 23rd 2017 (2359hrs)

2) In order to make the process efficient, please discuss with the person you are nominating about whether they would like to be part of the next HOGCOM before sending in their nomination. The proposer, seconder and the nominee all need to be current valid members of HOG (both local and international)

3) As voted for at the EGM held in January, the posts of Head Road Captain and Safety Officer will not be open for nomination. The Head Road Captain will be nominated by the Marshals and the Safety Officer will be appointed by the incoming committee.
