The Annual General Meeting of the Harley Owners Group Singapore Chapter (#9339) will be held at 11am on the 8th of September 2018 at the Raintr33 Hotel, the Eden Event Room (33 Hendon Road, Singapore 509673).
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. There will be a ride to the AGM from the dealership. Details of that will be posted out closer to the date.
The current committee will update you on how we organized rides for the members, contributed to the betterment of the group, how your membership fee was spent and plans for the future. Only members will be allowed to attend the AGM.

Nominations for the various committee positions for the 2018-19 committee year are now open. We are all volunteers at the end of the day, and the more people volunteer to contribute to the committee, the better rides we can plan for the entire membership. We are always on the lookout for new AOs to plan different rides for the membership.

Details about the nomination form:
1) All forms must be submitted to the secretary by August 23rd 2018 (2359hrs)
2) In order to make the process efficient, please discuss with the person you are going to nominate whether they would like to be part of the next HOGCOM before sending in their nomination. The proposer, seconder and the nominee all need to be current valid members of HOG (both local and international)
3) The posts of Head Road Captain and Safety Officer will not be open for nomination. The Head Road Captain will be nominated by the Marshals and the Safety Officer will be appointed by the incoming committee.
