The Kluang railway station provides KTM Intercity train services. There is a well known coffee shop in the station named Kluang Rail-Coffee. This coffee shop has become famous nationwide for its coffee drinks and its charcoal-grilled toast, a toasted sandwich made with butter and an egg, with a jam spread called "Kaya". On 3 August 2022, the coffee shop received Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR) recognition as the Oldest Railway Coffee Shop in Malaysia.
This weekend, we'll be heading to this special place for breakfast, try out the Oldest Railway Coffeeshop! But this outlet that we're going will be a new branch as the Original is very packed.
After the breakfast, we'll head out for a nice scenery route, checking out the Forested Areas, with chances of sighting Elephants, Tapir and other wildlife animals!
Riding along the Eastern side of the Malaysia Coast, we'll reach Desaru for late lunch. And have a relaxing ride back along the new highway (SDE) back to Singapore.
